This day facility with peaceful, Mission-like surroundings include a beautiful and spacious chapel, conference rooms for 10 to 250, recreation area with basketball and volleyball courts, indoor/outdoor dining, kitchens, gift shop and parking. The Heart of Jesus Retreat Center is a day facility with no overnight accommodations.

The Heart of Jesus Retreat Center seeks a qualified Property Manager to oversee the care, safety, and stewardship of its facilities and grounds. This vital role supports the retreat center’s mission by maintaining a well‑ordered and welcoming environment for the Sacred Heart Sisters and retreatants.

The successful candidate will be dependable, respectful, and service‑oriented, with an appreciation for religious life and the retreat center’s mission and vision.

This full-time position requires senior level experience in building maintenance, property management or work in a related field and a working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems. Experience working with a religious congregation, nonprofit or community organization a plus.
